down--cool creates your own individual body wantto snuggle up and sleep! Lock the doors, let the dog and cat in or out... o20-30 minutes before bedtime: be prepared your own individual body. Set a lotof time, and nutrisleep transform it so you can't see the numbers. Change on your white-noiseand decline the covers. Take a very heated bath, or bath. Wash the head, brushtooth (don't ignore to floss!) In bed: be prepared the ideas. You might spend acouple of minutes reading--no interesting fiction, nothing too meaningful,never anything associated with function (Perhaps a nice boring record of anancient civilization--you know how that ends!) Convert out the lighting, turnon your Rest CD, and luxuriate in. You can trust your own individual body to dothe rest!
