Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) is used to measure the antioxidant potency of foods. Comparatively, dark chocolate (100 grams) has an ORAC value of 20,816 and the ORAC score of milk chocolate (100 grams) is only 6,612.

Eating well is the key to living well. Eat badly and you will feel bad. If you eat badly then I would recommned you to get e-Bike and start using it as much as you can for your health.
