I've suffered from it for about 12 years, and I can't seem to get rid of it no matter how hard I try. It just seems like God has put a curse on my soul.

| I've had social and general anxiety for years. used to be on all sorts of tablets. Now I don't go to a psychologist and just take supplements to help myself. I order them at zenleafs.com/ but it's best to see a doctor and try to see a psychologist or psychiatrist in hopes of getting some cognitive behavioral therapy. If possible, try not to take prescription medications as they are addictive, hard to get rid of, and can have side effects. I would be careful about taking too much caffeine and eating healthy foods, meditating and getting a good night's sleep. talk to friends or family about it. For thought racing I think high doses of glycine are good, I take lots of niacin (vitamin B3) and lots of vitamin C among other things. |

| The only way to get rid of social anxiety is to start talking to people. It can be a doctor, it can be your friend or a relative, but the main thing is to tell someone about your problem. After all, when you speak out, you feel better. |
