MS Outlook sets a fixed PST file size boundary, which at times makes it very difficult for the users to operate it. The logic is straight-forward: Risks of file corruption rise when PST approaches the highest size limit. Therefore, keeping the PST file size in order grows highly crucial. Nevertheless, at a specific level, it is almost impracticable to decrease the file size more.
The PST Compress and Compact software assists in this circumstance. It operates in a super manner and is capable of compressing even the biggest PSTs generating added space to store more data.

Reduce the size of an Outlook Data File (. pst) Click the File tab. Click Account Settings, and then click Account Settings. On the Data Files tab, click the data file that you want to compact, and then click Settings. Click Compact Now.
