Subdivision Name Error - Replat? |

A City Planning Commission (State of Oregon) approved a tentative plan (Outline Plan) for a 16-lot subdivision. The developer phased construction in two phases.
First phase contained 3 lots and two common areas. This phase was platted as Summitview Subdivision Phase I.
The second phase was approved by the City Planning Commission and a Subdivision Agreement was signed by the City and Developer approving the final plan designated as Summitview Subdivision Phase II.
One month later the City Surveyor approves and records Phase II with the County Surveyor. The problem is the name of the Subdivision is called Sunnyview Subdivision not Summitview Subdivision Phase II. In so doing the Sunnyview Subdivision lost ownership of the two common areas.
Is there a replatting process by which the Sunnyview Subdivision plat can be corrected to Summitview Subdivision Phase II and re-platted?
