| I had my house on the market for £215,000 we dropped the price to £195,000 and sold the house .All was well until the buyers survey came back saying my house is only worth £180,000 we were in shock and did not sell .We have just managed to sell the property at £178,000 FOR THE SAME THING TO HAPPEN AGAIN .This time the surveyor from ESERV valued my property at £165,000 it was such a terrible shock .We have had to send the survey i had valuing at £180,000 along with house comparables to Accord mortgages ,for them to look at this again .We feel there is something very wrong going on with these surveyor's reports we have lost faith .My house is situated on a waterfront with views up towards the lake district ,yet house's behind me have just sold for a lot more money .Is there anyone out there that could offer advice .thankyou very much . |
