Do more work! If your workout calls for sets of 10 reps, don't stop when you hit 10! By doing just one more rep per s puma fierce core women's et (or two reps) could give you about 20 more reps per your workout. This essentially equals two extra sets in the same amount of time! Take shorter rest periods between sets! This will force your muscles to work harder and by only resting for one minute between sets, you will burn more calories during your recovery. Shorter rest time is also helpful if you're crunched for time.
