The best way of build up hold durability is to merely hold heavy weight loads. This is known as the farmers walk, but you don't need to walk if your gym is a little cramped. If your gym has a hex bar, use it since you can safely load it with a lot excess fat than weight loads. Aim for 30 second holds with as many weight as possible. Be aware that your hold is Maximum Power XL to be compromised for a couple of times after straight coaching the arms.
