Testo Sup Xtreme You should put as much hard work into your diet as you do your training.Testo Sup Xtreme Know your limits, but don't stop doing a particular exercise until you know you have nothing left. For each set you do, you should really push yourself until you are physically unable to do one more push up or lift your weights one more time. It may help to reduce your set lengths in the beginning if you get overtired.
