Second nibble: 1 protein shake.1 little glass of water Dinner: 1 salmon steak or heated boneless chickenbosom. 1 serving of chestnut rice. 1 serving of green beans. 1 vast glass ofwater. Sleep time: 1 protein shake. 1 little glass of water. At this point youought to have made sense of that.
