 Supercut Keto  extrabeers or glasses of wine...oops, guess we just did! So it's a good bet thatjoggers and even runners will add enough calories to their diets on exercisedays to outeat what they just burned, which at best will be a breakeven, andvery often will create a net caloric (as in WEIGHT) GAIN. But we are notstopping there. What about on those days you don't jog? How many people arereally that disciplined to cut back on their eating since they won't be burningthose additional calories?
