It is when we over engage and make preparations a hobbyof some meals that we open ourselves for obese. 2. Making sensible dietstrategy. Instead of loading up on over processed meals laden with sugar, ketoclarity and carbohydrates meals, we can instead load up on meals with greaterfibers contents as these provide you with a sense of fullness with minimalintake. 3. Drinking sugar-free liquids in-between bite as this allows toprovide us with that sense of fullness, without necessarily taking much. 4. Notbeing a mindless eater.
