Our health deteriorates with long term abuse. Our bodies are not receiving necessary nutrients, and quickly becoming unbalanced. Studies have shown over and over again that by just skipping breakfast, Ketozin we are 5 times more likely to be obese. During a minimum of 6 to 10 hours, your body has just gone through a cycle of sleep, so when you wake up and you eat breakfast, it fuels your brain, your muscles and gives you the necessary fuel so you can perform. When you do not eat breakfast, your body begins to crave high glycemic, sugary foods for a quick fix, which you will have, only this once right, and then this begins the whole crazy cycle.
