Wearing an ovulation watch it is strongly recommended that you simply strap the watch onto your wrist within the first few days at the start of the menstruation cycle. Recommend that you where's your watch 6 hours each day although it can be worn continuously, even while you were sleeping. When you get an indication from the watch that you're at the end of ovulating you can stop using the watch, until your next cycle begins.
