 That's how it workswith food that you don't like yourself. So treat yourself to a chocolate or aglass of soda every now and then. Thinking too lightly In the previous tip itwas said that you should also allow yourself something now and then, but it isimportant that you do not turn this around. Be aware of how many calories aglass of cola or a piece of chocolate has. To burn a small snack again you willhave to put a lot of effort into it. So don't think, "Oh, it doesn'tmatter," but be well aware. Again: you don't have to forbid yourself anything,but when you think too lightly, it is easier to grab something unhealthy.
