For example: using the first law, picture yourself thin in your mind. Use other weight loss motivation tools like photos in which you appear thin. Spend time everyday picturing yourself doing activities you plan on doing when you feel confident in your own skin: swimming, hiking, biking, dating, playing with your children. Write down daily affirmations about loving your body, say them often, and post them on your mirror and refrigerator.Using the second law: don't give up at the first sign of adversity, which includes not chastising yourself for eating less than healthy food from time to time. Just realize that this is a process, and you are on your way. There are several other methods for using these laws which will be covered in future articles.
