Your "best friend" in the weight AndroDNA Testo Boost Review room I would have to say it's a variety of things but it starts with your program design. I specifically posted this under "critique my routine" so before anyone posts a 6 day split and still have trouble squatting 2 plates might receive a better understanding of what type of routine they should be on.First off, let me elaborate on the difference between "total body routines" and "split routines": Split routines generally break the body down in some sort of body parts; examples are breaking them down in order of their movement, muscles, muscle groups, or upper and lower body. Full body routines, however, work the body as a unit each time you enter the gym. There are no "biceps with back" on full body routines; you basically just work each muscle in the human body, or at least close to it.I will not dispute that full body routines are not as popular as split routines inside your average gym. Of course, how many exactly of these guys in there 6 days a week are seeing a lack of results? Would their results be better if they started out with better program and design? I say yes.For those of you that don't understand the endocrine systems job during exercise: when the body is placed under tension, it causes a release of an anabolic hormone called "testosterone"; this is believed to be the principle cause men are stronger than women. Before testosterone can be released, the hypothalamus must release a substance into the pituitary gland called gaundrotropin-release hormone (I may have spelled this wrong, but it's pronounced how I spelled it). Once this occurs, GnRH causes the pituitary gland to release two other hormones: FSH and LH, which are also known as gonadrotopins. LH is released into the bloodstream when it travels into the testicles and sends a signal for cholesterol to create testosterone. Testosterone is pumped into the blood and causes anabolic benefits.First, ihttp://n order for the body to create ATP glucose and fatty acids must be present. When you exercise with weights, you're working your anaerobic glycosis using nothing but glucose or phosphate creatine to make ATP. Glucose and fats are both carried into the muscle on a protein molecule called "hemoglobin" and this is how testosterone is pumped into the muscle. Once testosterone pumps into the muscle, it creates more contractile proteins like actin and myosin in the myofirbilis of the muscle (cylinder organelles). When this phenomenon occurs, it allows more force generated from the muscle as it recuperates. When the body uses fat for energy, oxygen must be present and the ATP is produced inside of the mitochondria of the muscle.
