How to Lose Weight With Using Waist trainer? 

Hi, I'm in a need of honest answers. My journey is when I started using waist trainers I just not know about it and someone suggest me that use of these undergarment that are waist trainer for women and I just got incredible results but after some days again fat is appearing so that I just wanted to know how we can lose the the weight in a right way so again this problem will not happen again.
