All the third party app stores including Amazon app store are relatively small compared to Google play. Google play generates 90 percentage of the downloads from android phones in India and across the world. Amazon App Store doesn't help much with the downloads compared to Google play in India since many users aren't aware of Amazon App Store existence. Below is the comparison chart between Google play store and Amazon App Store for three popular games on 2013. Since then nothing has been changed much even in 2016. |
