It helps in conditioning the body, grows muscles, speeds up heart rate, improves metabolism and keeps you alert. If you have good exercise, you will be able to feel better about yourself since it also releases hormones that can boost your mood and brain activity. Cardio exercises, running, jogging; aerobics and some resistance training can be very useful.
