I don't necessarily care and it   keto advanced weight loss review doesn't really matter. We shouldn't be fractioning our foods. We should be looking at an apple as an apple and not how many carbs, how much fat, or how much protein it contains. That food is perfect as it is. The goal is to look at foods as a whole, bringing good nutrition into your body. When you eat whole foods you cannot go wrong.A lot of abdominal programs and fat loss programs talk about the same old stuff; about how much protein we should eat, how many carbs, what are the breakdown of nutrients, how many calories, blah, blah, blah. It's not a sustainable way of looking at food and food is not meant to be broken down in that way. I am all about eating more whole, plant based foods.

Everyone needs to incorporate more raw foods into their diet. Now, I am not a raw foodist and I do not promote becoming a raw foodist. If that is something you are interested in, that is great and you will feel amazing, but it is not a goal for most people, nor is it sustainable for most people.One of the concepts I like to talk about is pH and alkalinity. There are many health benefits to alkalizing your body, fat loss being one of them.If your body is too acidic because you eat too much animal protein, too much dairy, too many refined sugars and too many carbohydrates (all acid forming foods in the body) then your blood has to use calcium as a buffer, pulling calcium from your bones in order to alkalize the blood.

While this is happening, the body takes acid from the blood and stores it in your fat cells. If your body is too acidic, it means that your fat cells need to be there in order to store the acid.Even if you try a high protein diet (which I might add is devastating to your health and yes you will lose weight but that will be water weight) as soon as you re-introduce processed carbohydrates, your body will plump back up.

This is a common concern that many people have as they age. Today I am going to talk about the concepts that as you age, your muscle mass declines and your metabolism slows down. As a result, it is more difficult for your body to burn calories. This means that it becomes easier to hold onto calories and gain weight, thus making losing abdominal fat a tougher task.After the age of about 30, physiology tells us that your maximum aerobic capacity beings to decrease by about 1% per year. The same thing happens with your muscle mass. You lose about 1% per year of muscle mass throughout the rest of your life.
