Want to write a creative book

I want to ask a question.

I want to hire a ghostwriter for book, but I need to figure out where to start. I searched all the queries on the internet, like book ghostwriters or ghost writers for hire but didn't get any positive results. Does anyone here know about writing or self-publishing a book for new authors like me? Need positive results.
