| A total of 20 towers surround the Iconic Tower, which stands at 385 meters high and is the tallest tower in Africa. A hotel will occupy the highest 30 floors of the building, as well as offices and residential units. In March, Khaled Abbas, deputy minister of housing for national projects, announced that the Central Bank of new administrative capital of egypt will offer loans at an interest rate of eight percent to buyers of units in the New Capital over a 20-year period. |
