Testo Genix XL Nothing. I get this question all the time. Mike, I train every four days orevery seven days. I am taking steroids. Can I train more often, because theyincrease recovery abilities? I answer that it is not necessary. You have humanphysiology and the main thing here is the following - two things should happenduring the rest between workouts. The first is recovery. You must allow it toend, and only then will the body direct resources towards growth. Thedifficulty is that in each particular case we do not know how much time ittakes to fully recover and then start growing, regardless of whether theathlete is wearing steroids or not. Let's say a person trains every four daysand the progress is magnificent or even satisfactory. Obviously, he needs fourdays to recover and grow. Why change anything? If you figure out your figureand periodically you will insert another one or two days of rest, then there isno risk. You are already growing, and there is no threat of stagnation orregression. You will not lose anything, but the extra days will give you confidencethat there is enough time between workouts for recovery and growth. Bootedbodybuilders literally drowning in the ocean of new theories of training, theaverage bodybuilder cannot figure out the abundance of conflicting, andsometimes mutually exclusive advice. He is hampered by endless juggling withminor problems - how to lift weights, how to hold the barbell correctly, dofive exercises four sets or four exercises five sets, work two days and rest aday or vice versa, and so on and so forth. As a result, bodybuilders, as theysay, do not see the forest for the trees. Fundamental basis and derivatives thedetails mentioned in the early HIT theories are in fact based on traditionalbodybuilding.
