weeslim Make up an associated with foods that you want to accept. Consult your fitness trainer, or find out of a fat reduction book, the amount calories each variety of food contain. You can then easily calculate how many calories your diet will contain on each to day basis. Additionally, it make more sense to take smaller meals, but in higher uniformity. For example, taking 5 smaller meals is perfect than taking 3 big meals on a daily basis.
