Once you begin to think positive on a regular Wellness basis about yourself it will become easier. You will learn that you like what you are and are a lot more talented than you ever believed.The dreaded "E" word, right? Well we're not talking Wellness about running a marathon here just an increase in your daily activity. Increasing your walking is a great way to start. It requires no equipment, and is something that can be accomplished in small time increments. Try parking farther away at work or shopping, or take the stairs instead of the escalator.
