beyond the specific type of training or exercises, perhapseverything related to diet is more unknown , which should seek the combinationof protein and calories . On the one hand, food must provide protein since itis a macro nutrient that is responsible for building muscle fibers, so if we donot incorporate it into the diet, we will not be able to gain muscle mass.
