Trim Fast Keto be the most effectivething for a lot of people right right I think and and of course you'll get to apoint where like right now I've been all talking about that in a second but yesI just think having that as a daily daily measure of success is really helpfulfor me and it might be for you too and so what I do is my weight chart I have Irecord my weight on Tuesdays and Fridays so I don't record it seven days a weekbecause that could be a little bit crazy but on Tuesdays and Fridays or when Irecord it the other days I'm just like oh I'm I'm up point to countering down ahalf a pound and I just keep it in the back of my mind and keep you know itjust helps to keep me going and keep me motivated one way or another if I'm upa little bit I'm motivated to eat better that day if I'm down a little bit I'mmotivated to eat better because oh
