Never doubt yourself. Many peopleare resigned to the fact that old age will bring memory loss. This is notunavoidable. You can damage your memory if you expect too much from it andstress yourself out. If people are telling you that you are absentminded andforgetful, you may start to internalize these labels. Simply maintainingconfidence in your ability to remember things can have a tremendous positiveeffect. Planners and calendars are something you want to always be using. Buy aplanner and write everything down. Be sure you continuously look over yourschedule. Writing these things down and looking at them will help your mind.There will be less that you have to remember because you'll have a reminder.
