Social phobia is different from shyness. Shyness is usually short-term and does not interfere with life. But social phobia is a constant occurrence. and create trouble may affect ability as follows:

time to school
Develop close relationships with people outside of your family.
By Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), a US non-profit organization. The Study and Love Anxiety in Children and Adults says that about 15 million Americans have the disease and symptoms of it may begin at the age of 13. Therefore, this disease can be found in both children and adults.

Symptoms of social anxiety disorder
Social interactions can cause the following physical symptoms.

feel hatred
excessive sweating
difficult to say
fast heart rate
and has psychotic symptoms that may include the following:

extremely concerned about social situations
Worrying for days or weeks before the incident (eg knowing there will be a meeting will be nervous for several days)
avoiding social situations
Worried about embarrassing yourself in different situations?
Worried that other people will notice that you are stressed or nervous.
having to drink alcohol to face social situations
Missing school or work because of anxiety
Sometimes it's normal to feel anxious. However, when friends Has social phobia. Friends are often afraid of being judged by others or feel embarrassed about being criticized. Both may avoid social situations. which includes

answering questions
going to job interview
go shopping
use public restrooms
talk on the phone
embarrassed to eat in public
Symptoms of social anxiety may not occur in all situations. We can have limited or selective anxiety. For example, symptoms can occur only when we are eating in front of people or talking to strangers. The symptoms will be more severe if they are more severe as well.

Causes of social anxiety disorder
The exact cause of social phobia remains unclear. However, current research supports the idea that it is caused by a combination of environmental and genetic factors. Negative experiences can cause disorders like these:

family conflict
sexual harassment
Physical disorders, such as a serotonin imbalance, can contribute to this condition. Serotonin is a brain chemical that helps regulate mood. (Structures in the brain that control fear responses and feelings or thoughts of anxiety) can cause these disorders.
Treatment of social anxiety disorder
There are several types of treatments for social phobia. Treatment results vary. Some people only need one type of treatment. However, others may need more than one. The doctor may refer the patient to a mental health provider for treatment. Sometimes a starter provider may recommend medication to treat symptoms.
