To prevent water from the dark floor surface, deformation, wood floor construction should strictly do the following:

(1) controlling the moisture content of wood flooring, the moisture content should not exceed 12%.

(2) between the wood joists watered fine stone or concrete thermal insulation material must be dry before laying the floor.

(3) a reasonable set of vent holes. Hole groove wood joists should do the same, is connected to the vent floor surface, floor surface vent in each of not less than two, baseboards vent on each side of not less than two air vents should be kept clear to facilitate air circulation.

(4) wood floor lower plate (ie gross floor), slab should be properly opened, usually 2 ~ 5mm, the surface should be planed, adjacent seams should be staggered, four weeks away from the wall for about 10 ~ 15mm.

(5)Should stay between and the surface layer of wood wall 1Omm gap with a skirting board or skirting strip seal materials.
