The use of electronic gadgets has become very important nowadays. Even for all the work we use these electronic gadgets. These Electronic Gadgets are making our life easier, but their excessive use also leads to losses. Everything in this world has two sides - the first is good and the second is bad. Similarly, if we use these electronic gadgets more than necessary, then it can be very harmful to our health.

The use of electronic gadgets can harm our body. Using gadgets more than 5-6 hours is called addiction. Gadgets decrease the activity of our bodies and change also changes in lifestyle. Due to the excessive use of this, we start separating from our friends, society and family, whose direct impact falls on our health. Therefore, we should not use mobile or electronic gadgets more than necessary.
